Jamie is a skilled massage therapist and instructor with extensive experience in the field. Based in Bristol, she runs a busy practice offering a blend of holistic, remedial, myofascial release, and sports massage therapies to meet a variety of client needs. “I guide clients through every stage—from initial consultation to aftercare—creating tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual health, fitness, and lifestyle goals,” she explains.
Before transitioning into massage therapy, Jamie earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental education from Michigan State University. She previously worked as an environmental education coordinator and held a role in human resources. Outside of her professional life, Jamie is a parent of two children and a devoted dog owner—whom she affectionately calls “a constant source of teaching, learning, and compromise.”
